Real Estate Profit Maximization
This is a Mixed Integer Linear Programming project to enhance profitability for Lake Saddleback Development Corporation. Our goal was to optimize land use across a 300-acre development.
Using Gurobi for optimization, diverse and feasible floor plans were formulated and sensitivity analysis was conducted to guide strategic adjustments.
This comprehensive approach culminated in a detailed impact report, providing valuable insights and strategies for maximizing profitability.
This project highlighted the power of optimization techniques in real estate development and underscored the importance of strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
